Service Terms and Conditions

Service Scope & Duration

This intensive service targets built-up grime and detailed cleaning needs. The estimated duration is 4-5 hours maximum. Includes all Basic services plus baseboards, inside appliances (if selected), window sills, and detailed scrubbing. Personnel & Supervision

Personnel & Supervision

The service will be performed by a team of 3 qualified cleaning personnel to ensure thorough coverage. A supervisor will conduct a detailed walkthrough and validation upon completion. Safety & PPE

Safety & PPE

Strict adherence to PPE protocols is mandatory. Personnel will utilize enhanced protective gear suitable for deep cleaning tasks and stronger cleaning agents if required. Client Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities

The client must provide all cleaning products (unless specific specialized products are agreed upon), functional equipment, water, and electricity. Please ensure all areas to be cleaned are accessible.

Right to Refuse & Inspection

We reserve the right to perform an initial walkthrough. Services may be refused or renegotiated if the property presents safety hazards or conditions beyond the scope of a residential deep clean.

Acceptance Clause

Acceptance of these terms constitutes an agreement to the detailed scope of work. Any additional services requested on-site will be charged separately.
